MSL Monitoring software provides line operators with a tool capable of:
- Management and storage of Reel MSL.
- MSL analysis.
The software provides information on the useful life of all rolls in relation to the production time required, written by the operator, making him able to select the correct material for production. If an MSL reel has a duration less than the production time it will not be considered in the analysis.
- WMS download.
The WMS automatically provides all the correct coils connected to the job based on the production time and remaining life of the MSL coils.
- Real-time monitoring of MSL reels from screen and from Storage.
The WMS software automatically provides, by displaying on a monitor close to the line, the information and the residual life time for all the MSL coils in production and the information on the humidity present in the environment taken from the Storage, making the operator able to replace the reel if expired.
When the job is closed, the residual life time of each MSL reel will be updated.
